These Terms govern the use of our applications, WhatsApp services, and related websites (together, the "Services") provided by PT VKOOLINDO LESTARI ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Indonesian version of this document is the governing version. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Scope of the Services

The Services include applications, websites, messaging services (including through the WhatsApp Business Platform and email), online ordering and payment services, forms and digital signatures, and IoT devices connected to our services, for product information, price simulations, installation, warranty services, and customer service. We may add, change, or discontinue certain features at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The information you provide must be correct, accurate, and up to date.
Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraudulent content, or content that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
Access, disrupt, or damage our systems, security, or data, or those of others.
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Services beyond the permission granted.
Misuse WhatsApp Business services in violation of the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Meta Platform Terms.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Terms

Use of WhatsApp features is subject to the applicable WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. If these Terms conflict with Meta or WhatsApp terms on message processing, the Meta or WhatsApp terms prevail.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials in the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Content you send remains yours, but you give us permission to process it solely to operate the Services.

6. Price Information, Orders, and Warranty

Price simulations shown are estimates and may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
Final prices, installation schedules, and product availability are confirmed by our team.
Warranty terms follow the warranty card or certificate issued for each installation.
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. We do not store your card or bank account details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions arising from third parties, network failures, or causes beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PT VKOOLINDO LESTARI harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

9. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, or where required by law or by Meta/WhatsApp. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through amicable discussion. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled by the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) with jurisdiction over the legal domicile of PT VKOOLINDO LESTARI.
